Originally from Minnesota, Attorney Scott Burleigh has been a Florida resident since 1994.   Scott is a nine-year U.S. Navy submarine warfare veteran and was stationed in Kings Bay, GA, for seven of those years, where he was a Nuclear Reactor Operator aboard the nuclear ballistic submarine, USS Tennessee (SSBN-734).

While in the U. S. Navy, Scott obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science and Applied Science Technology (focus in Nuclear Engineering Technology). After leaving the Navy, he obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and a Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he placed in the top 20% of his class.

Scott practices in several legal areas and fully understands the importance of effectively challenging all of the Con-stitutional issues in a drug arrest.
